What started out as small talk between two Photography Club presidents here in Cebu is turning out to become one of the most anticipated photo walks of the year. The IPC (Istorya.net Photo Club) organized another Photowalk. The location: Downtown Cebu. The theme: STEP. All in all, the walk was great. Cebu City was great. The streets were great.
